I have just had my first troubleshooting issue on my brand new laptop computer. I decided to uninstall all the junk they pre- installed in it in order to make more room for Photoshop, Dreamweaver, etc…
Next thing I know after removing Picasa 2 the DVD player stopped working and two drivers had been disabled in the process. It took me a while to fix it, as I had to run regedit in order to correct the problem. I get very angry when such programs act like that. I sent an Email to Google complaining about it.
