Navbar Back

I have been trying to get the navbar back on this customized template (Design by: FinalSense ) on my blog for weeks. I found the way just by accident. It looks like everybody wants to remove it, but I find the navbar very useful, people can find your blog by just clicking on "Next Blog". I myself get a bit frustrated when browsing other Bloggers and suddenly I stumble upon a page that doesn't let me continue.
